This complex consists of two eight-story office buildings constituting 400,000 square feet of space, a 1200 car structured parking facility, a marina, clubhouse, and a public waterfront boardwalk.

The two office buildings are organized to maximize views of Stamford Harbor and to create an automobile terminus at the intersection of Canal Street and the waterfront.

More than 50% of the site has been landscaped with rock gardens, courtyards, and waterfront boardwalks. Pedestrian arcades and a covered atrium link the buildings. Massing of the building has been carefully scaled to harmonize with the surrounding structures.
