This project required the development of 55 townhouses on a flat Urban Renewal site in downtown Buffalo on the shore of Lake Erie.

To maximize the views of the lake and give the site a secondary focus on a man-made reflecting pool which was created perpendicular to the lake. The townhouses were sited to have short-range direct views of the reflecting pool and oblique views of the lake.

Every townhouse has terrific views of the pool and lake. The units themselves are very dramatic having two-story spaces facing the water.
