The Master Planning study for this proposed Office Complex achieved a high degree of detail and reality.

This 385,000 s.f. brick and limestone campus-plan office complex is designed around a heavily landscaped open space. The five distinct entrance lobbies allow the building to be used by five separate companies or by one large corporation. The height is limited to four floors and the exterior is set back and staggered to keep the building in scale with its surroundings.

The 1,100-car garage has four levels of parking below five office buildings. Parking levels were layered into a topographical valley to allow natural ventilation.
