This urban complex includes 330,000 s.f. of residential space consisting of 500 dwelling units, 165,000 s.f. of office space and 35,000 s.f. of retail space. There are three levels of parking below and above grade consisting of 1,000 structured parking spaces, and a 20,000 s.f. health club.

The project will include two 16-story residential towers and an 8-story office tower. The site will feature a retail arcade along Broad Street and a one acre landscaped plaza. The building's exterior consists of brick, limestone and glass.
