Stamford Harbor Park office complex is located on the east branch of Stamford Harbor. A forty boat marina is located along the harbor with a 3,000sf clubhouse. The clubhouse is made to look larger than it is by creating a two story entry tower crowned by a lighthouse beacon cupola. Also two side porches were added to enlarge the foot print. The club house is built of wood in contrast to the precast concrete of the office buildings.
