A ranch house from the 1950’s was removed from this site and replaced with a two story colonial house with six bedrooms and four baths / two powder rooms.

The zoning envelope is only 30’ deep. Thus to accommodate the front porch, the second floor bedrooms had to cantilever 2’off the back of the house.

The owner wanted a welcoming front porch and a simple straight- forward design, without the towers, dormers, shingle style drip edges which are currently in vogue.
